QUALIFICATIONS
If you are an attorney, in order to qualify, you are representing that
matrimonial law/domestic relations is your area of practice, that your
firm has maintained its practice in this area for at least five years,
that you have represented clients in at least thirty matters that have
been fully and finally resolved, that you are a member in good standing
of any of the American Bar Association, state and/or local bar association,
with no pending unresolved client claims or investigations that are not
disclosed to us.
If you are a mediator, therapists or other expert, you are representing
that your firm and it's mediators, therapists or other experts are licensed
in good standing and have no past or pending disciplinary actions.
You also agree that you will immediately inform The Divorce Forum®
of any change in your license status or of any disciplinary actions.
